The People of Paragon

Paragon Management, Inc. was founded in 1987.  Margaret Davey, Founder and President of Paragon Management, Inc. has over 30 years experience in the governmental multi-family low-income housing industry.  Ms. Davey attended Walsh College with an accounting concentration and has earned her CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation.  She is currently a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM); National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) and Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association (MAHMA).  Ms. Davey has served on the Board of Directors for MAHMA, as well.

Through her management skills and initiatives she has won numerous national and regional awards for projects she has managed including several HUD Best Practice Awards and Communities of Quality Awards issued through NAHMA and MAHMA.

Ms. Davey has been instrumental in obtaining grants to better the lives of the residents of her projects including Service Coordinator Grants; Congregate Housing Services Program Grant; Drug Elimination Grants; New Approach Anti-Drug Grants; Department of education Community Technology Grants; several Emergency Capital Repair Grants; and most recently a CHSP Grant.
